AVOID THE LONDONDERRY, NH FACILITY! I've had several vehicles serviced on numerous occasions. After getting new tires, I had a wheel LITERALLY come off the vehicle right after leaving the highway! Another vehicle was towed from VIP to a local dealership for a simple repair VIP's lead mechanic couldn't fix, and the final straw was when I needed an obvious repair to the steering column, and after extensive/EXPENSIVE repairs, they never even addressed the original issue, thus I had to AGAIN go to the local dealership for yet another repair VIP couldn't handle (A VIP manager actually told me to go get a part, bring it back, and they'd make the needed repair!). GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE!!!
