Signed up for a 4 month mailing in 2 different towns and what I got was 4 mailings in the same town and when I spoke with the sales manager she just wanted to blame the salesmen I contracted with ValPak not the salesmen and they should have handled it better they should have called after the second mailing to change the towns and they didn't they should have followed up after the proofs were made and accepted all of which they did not they did nothing there customer service is horrible when I noticed the problem all they wanted to do was blame the salesmen and not accept any of the blame or even offer to fix it nothing so I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney generals office and leave you with a WARNING BUYER BEWARE
