We recently booked a trip with Faye at Martinelli travel we had to make an adjustment with our plans rather than change our flights they kept our 650.00 deposit and we still had to book another flight at full price we do not recommend this agency you are better off making your own plans.

Thanks so much for all your efforts in making Liz & Michel's wedding amazing ! The wedding details were planned to perfection. The setting and weather were just astounding. We felt so proud to boast that "our" travel agent played a major role in this destination wedding. We had an awesome time and enjoyed a family vcation too ! We truly appreciate your efforts.

The wedding and trip were absolutely out of this world. Everything about the week, the resort, the service, the wedding ceremony and reception were breathtaking. All aspects were well ABOVE any of our expections (and they were high to begin with). We would highly recommend Dreams Tulum for any vacationers or weddingmooners considering traveling to Mexico with the same enthusiasm you had when you recommended that destination to us.

Thanks for all of your help with everything. We certainly couldn't have pulled it off alone. All guests made it to the resort and home without any problems that we know of. And thank you very much for the "Carribean Dollars" it is much appreciated and will surely be put to good use !

Once I have a moment, my goal is to post some pictures on the internet of the trip, and once I do, I will be sure to send you the link.

Thank you Faye for a great experience with your agency. I had never thought to use a travel agent before contacting you this past July. After looking at your ad and seeing all of the options you had to choose from, we called and couldn't believe how much stress you removed from making our travel plans!! We loved going to Aruba and your suggestion for an all inclusive was great!
