I was in arbitration with the BBB concerning Brewer's Better Home Improvements. Mr Brewer ignored the BBB's requests for arbitration and refused to respond to the BBB's many voicemails. Now, because he ignored the BBB Mr Brewer has lost his accreditation. Check the BBB's website to read his review prior to even considering using this company. Here is what happened to me: I had this company replace my entire roof in November 2009. A month after the roof install, my roof started leaking. I have tried for a year to get Mr Brewer and his company out to my house to correct the problem. Mr Brewer refuses to do so. Mr Brewer will NOT follow up on his contractual agreement and guarantees. I now have 8 leaks in my roof and black mold in the leak areas. I have kids, one of whom is only 6 months old, and I am scared this is going to cause health problems. Since my son was born, he has had numerous colds and upper respiratory infections. I feel this is because of the leaks and mold that has been caused by this company. Please do your research before choosing a roofing company. That was my biggest mistake. I was naive and went with the cheapest estimate.
