Came to Cookie Cash for a repair, had a good warranty and competitive pricing and she came to my house to fix my wife's phone. That is where all the good ends. Less than 1 hour after she left, new screen had a black mark on it, took it back to her to fix it and she messed up a part on the touch id sensor and home button. Ok things happen, so we figured as long as it gets fixed no problem, well she kept putting off my wife for over 1 month claiming all kinds of problems. My wife goes to update her phone last week and because of the bad sensor not being apple certified it completely locked up my wife's phone, erased EVERYTHING. Contacted Cookie Cash to get things resolved and she has ignored every attempt from me to get the phone fixed. My wife needs her phone for work and I was forced to buy another phone to get her by. I have called and texted, and emailed Cookie Cash numerous times and only response I get is that she is closed. I wanted to try to fix this problem and have tried to give her every chance to make it right. I tried to be nice for as long as possible but this is beyond that point now. Will never recommend her to ANYONE.
