Called one week to get information and schedule a tour. She told me she would have to check and see if they had room to take my dtr. and call me right bakc. No call back. So, I called back the next week. "Oh, yeah. You called last week. I have to call you back after a bus run." No call back. Really? Apparently after the first call they did not even check to see if they had room because when I called the 2nd time she would have had an answer. If it is that hard to get an answer or call back before even coming there, not somewhere I want my child going. No organization, customer service or idea of numbers scares me and I have never even been there.
