Mike and Johnny were very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Did I mention that they were pleasant and very nice too?! We have a heating/cooling forced furnace and the high limit switch needed replacement. These guys called me, asked for the model and the serial numbers, they purchased the part and came right over to fix the problem. In less than 10 minutes, the furnace was working! I think it took us longer to walk to the unit than it took for them to complete the job. Oh and the price, the price was extremely reasonable - they were wonderful! I would recommend Best Heating and Cooling to anyone at anytime! Thanks Mike and Johnny.

Best Heating & Cooling came out to give an estimate on moving an existing external AC compressor. They were able to answer some questions that helped me decide to buy a new, more efficient compressor, which they installed. They installed the compressor quickly and well. Additionally, they were able to quickly look into an unrelated HVAC problem a couple weeks later & fix it in 2 days. They do a great job explaining the work they are doing. The new AC unit is quiet and efficiently cools our house. I am very happy that we worked with Best to make the upgrade.

Best Heating and Cooling provided the best service that we have yet received for a home project. We felt so confident in their ability from the beginning, that we decided to have the water heater replaced by them in addition to the furnace and air conditioner. They were very courteous, respectful of our home, and of our time. They discussed all of our options in an informative and nonpressuring manner. We recommend them for any job.

I have used them twice now, they were on time, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely use them again. I called for service on a weekend and they came out two hours later without a problem. I felt they were very honest and up front.

I am extremely pleased with this company. I had called another company whos name we will not mention but they drive yellow cars. They blew me off, and i had no air, so I called BEST and they were at my house with in an hr. Awsome! Mike was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and set about to corretcting it the house was cool in about an hr. I have a new hvac company that I will use for all my heating and cooling needs. GREAT JOB MIKE

Best Heating and Cooling very very courteous and professional. Interaction with Mike and Kelly was great. Real pleasure to work with them. They went above and beyond and identified some urgent issues that needed resolving and fixed it with reasonable cost.

My motor was broke on my Furnace, Best came but my Husband was already trying to fix it so my Husband and Mike worked on it together, They fixed it and my Husband tried to give him some money but Mike refused to take the money, We told him next time if we have a big issue we will call again, I stuck some money in his tool box, LOL

I live in Naperville, IL. And Best came To fix my heating system in the middle of a snow storm. he was knowledgeable and honest. It's nice when you don't feel like the guy is just trying to sell you something you don't need. Mike just fixed my heating system and he was on his way to the next call. Mike has a life time customer here in Naperville for sure.

Amazing service! Wow! He treated my wife and I like one of the family. He didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need he just fixed our furnace so it would work. Mike is defiantly trustworthy and honest. When you meet him for the first time you will see it too!

Mike came to our house late Saturday night. He showed up with in an hour of when I called and asked for service. I came home from work and our furnace just wasn't working for some reason. Well Mike gave us a free estimate and he was able to fix our furnace at a reasonable price that night. Before we knew it we were all snuggled in our beds in a warm house again. Mike and Kelly were both great! At the same time of our furnace needing to be checked and some other duct work that needed to be completed, my Mother- in-Laws furnace was having problems and we asked Mike to check it out. He was able to take care of my Mother-in-Law within 24 hours with a new install of a furnace, etc.....Thanks guys you make a great team. With Mike's HVAC Skills and Kelly's customer Service skills- we will see you in the Spring!

Mike from Best Heating & Cooling came out to my house and I was shocked when he showed up on time. You know what I'm talking about usually you wait for these heating and cooling guys forever. But Mike was right on time so when he got to my house I asked him how much it was going to cost me for him to just look at my furnace because the last guy told me I owed him $85 just so that he could tell me I needed a new unit. Mike said that he was going to give me a free Estimate and he would also let me know what is going on with my furnace. Mike went down in my basement where the Furnace is located and he came back up a few minutes later. I was waiting for him to tell me I needed a new unit but he said all I needed was a switch and a good cleaning. He did a great job and I will call Best next time first. Thanks Mike
