Leave feeling Lighter and More Open everytime.

I have received a variety of treatments, knowledge and understanding from Pamela. She has such a lovely heart that listens to the patient and offers sound knowledge in a caring and understandable way. From ayurvedic health treatments and courses, cooking classes, meditation and reiki, each time I meet with her I leave feeling more centered, open hearted and inspired. She has created a wonderful community around her that she pulls from and includes in her sessions making them more fulfilling. She is a truly special person who will stick in your heart and mind long after you leave your session.

Excellent Health Professional

Pamela has been my good friend, counselor, yoga and health teacher, and massage therapist for many years. Her expertise is beyond question. Her attitude is extraordinary.
