Dropped off my watch at this store. The guy working there, I had later learned is from Romania which adds credence to his accent. He was very very kind to deal with and seemed knowledgable in his craft. The store is a little small, but he makes up for it with his personality. I was greeted the second I walked in with a smile. Its always a pleasure to do business with people like this. I haven't picked up my watch yet, so I cannot comment on the actual craftsmanship of the business. But I can say I left there with a positive feeling that my watch would absolutely be repaired. If possible, I will come back and add to this review after I get my repaired watch. It's always nice to deal with people who have a great people pleasing attitude and demeanor.

What a charming store! The service was wonderful, and the owner, Adrian, put me at ease and took me through the steps for fixing the clock I brought in for service. My Howard Miller Pendulum clock is now happily swinging back and forth on my wall.. I couldn't be more pleased.. Thank you, Adrian.!
