I have used this company for many years, and recommended them to my apartment manager. They now use them throughout their properties, and have consistently done so for years. That's how good they are! My carpets smell clean, look amazingly clean, and stay that way for many months.

I am very impressed with the quality of work this company put into my carpets. Thank you for making my carpets look better than they have in years! I have light colored carpet with high traffic, babies and animals. Other companies have been used in the past but the results were unremarkable, with dirt returning within a weeks time. I wasted my money on these other companies. I would definately recommend Big Green Steam to all my family and friends. They know how to clean carpets and they are great with their customer service.
