We have been working with Badger for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Great customer service, wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable people.

I used to work for Badger in Logan, and I can tell you that this review does not represent the attitude or the experience of most customers. I worked there for over 3 years and witnessed first hand the personal attention given by the owner himself to nearly every order and customer that walked in that door. I also know that the employees there work very hard to provide the best possible product, and go the extra mile on regular basis. I don't know the exact circumstances of this complaint, but I wouldn't hesitate recommending Badger Screen-Printing for any screen-printing or embroidery needs.

Sent in artwork through e-mail and hear nothing back for days. Called to follow up and then they "saw" the e-mail while I was on the phone. Then they warned me that they didn't want to do the artwork unless I was really serious about ordering. Why else would I have called in and also sent the artwork? I wrote a very detailed e-mail describing what we would like on the t-shirts and only half of my requests were completed.



Maybe paying more at other printers like the Logo Shop that I've used before really is better because of the service.
