Just picked up my daughters 2011 CRV from Mizzonie's this week, she was hit from behind about a month ago, big time damage. I have to say the car looks great, runs like it did before the accident, its red metallic so I was concerned about paint match....it looks like new !!!! This is the 4th time iv used them over a 25 yr period, and I must say Iv always been very happy with the results. The communication was on the money, they estimated the car would take 3-4 weeks and its was done a little over 3 weeks,just like I was told. The brothers who own the business are very professional and very accommodating with the concerns I had, Thanks Mizzonie's....

The shop did a good job. They handled all the insurance paperwork. They estimated 7 days to complete the job and they were right on time. The only thing I would mention is that don't leave anything in the car. I left some change in the car and all the quaters disappered when I picked up my car. When I mentioned this to the owner he was nice enough to reimburse me. He also told me that he has 30 people working for him, so he can't watch everybody, which I understood. I would recommend this Auto Body Shop.

Awesome! — I went with my daughter to go eat lunch and my vehicle quit. It was Christmas Eve but thought I would call to see if they would answer. Suzy answered the phone. They had just shut down but said her and her husband would come look at it. They came to the restaurant and found the tensioner had broken. Rick went back to the shop, got his truck and flat bed, came back and took our car back to the shop. Suzy then took me and my daughter back home. They got our car fixed the day after Christmas. They are always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you so much!!

The service I received at MIzzoni's was Excellent!!

I took my 2003 Ford Escape in for repairs to the Left Rear quarter panel, and Left rear door. When I got the car back they not only repaired it but cleaned it. It looked like they detailed it, it was that clean. The repairs and paint job are perfect. They car looks great. Very friendly staff as well and Insurance adjusters and car rentals are right in the same building. I highly recommend Mizzoni's Auto Body.

Choosing a repair facility is never easy. The quality of repairs always affect the value of any vehicle. With this in mind I parked my car for a month after my first accident while I looked for the perfect shop. After long hours of research, on message boards and recommendations from friends I decided to give Mizzonis a shot... I am very glad I did. When my insurance company decided to give me a hard time and tried to cheap out on repairs the staff at this shop stood up for me and made sure my insurance company provided the means for the best possible repairs. The result? My car was repaired to perfection. The paint was matched perfectly, everything was reassembled correctly and they even made sure every scratch, blemish or imperfection was taken care of before calling me up to tell me my car was ready. I really hope I never have to visit a body shop again. But if I ever need to I know this place will go above and beyond to ensure my car looks exactly like the day it was driven off the showroom floor.

I can't say enough about the service and quality at Mizzonis Auto Body. Rick and Fred Mizzoni have a terrific organization. We were leaving on a trip and needed our car repaired within 2 weeks. The car was returned to us on time like new. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Great customer service. The estimate was fast and efficient, and he clearly pointed out what needed to be done, and briefly explained how it can be done. I went to 3 other body shops, and came back to Mizzoni's because I felt they provided a reasonable quote and good explanation. I may not know much about cars, but if someone takes the time to explain it to me in a clear way, I appreciate that and better understand your approach in fixing my car (it's comforting and earns more of my trust). That is exactly what they did. When i finally got my car back looked great!! They performed everything as they said they would. They washed it and had everything looking brand new when i got in, they even had place mats on the floor of the car! I will definitely go back, and would recommend it to all my friends.

I went to Mizzoni's to get an estimate for a scratch on my door. (The pervious mechanic I went to wanted to charge me $600 to get it fixed.) The staff took a look at it and fixed it right on the spot for NO CHARGE!! They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Needless to say, I am super happy and thankful. I highly recommend Mizzoni's Auto Body!
