I tried to call and talk to a women thier to go over a few things about an order and she was very rude and could care less after the fact that they had my 1,200.00 dollars for a wheel set i purchased.I returned the wheels just in spite of her very bad customer skills and the way she rudely spoke to me ,I will spend my money else where.

Took my Honda 100 wheel to Stockton Honda Yamaha on Saturday morning. It needed a tire and a few spokes. was told it may take a week. they didn't know if they had the tire. On Thursday I called them. They still didn't know if they had the tire and the spokes were not in. I called Troy at Tcr Wheel Lacing. He said, "Bring it in will have it done for you today." I picked it up at same day. Wow great service, friendly folks and very helpful and informative. I will not return to Stockton Honda Yamaha unless forced to do so. If Troy can do the work he will get my business.
