Pizza was well made, prices reasonable, but I won't be eating at this establishment again. In a real jerk move by the chief/owner he told me he would not be serving me again. The reason... He said he couldn't make any money off me because I used too many napkins. That's it! He insisted telling me I was wasteful and he will not serve me again.

My family walked into Franco's one day and we love this place. We moved to Phoenix Az, and we have been to just about every pizza parlor here and we still can't find the quality of pizza that we have had at Franco's. We miss you guys. Can you send us a Chef's special with no mushrooms and extra sauce. They are the BEST great service and Great food.

I Love Franco's Pizza!! It taste so good and with quality ingredients too? A large actually feeds 3, 4 or 5 people not like Pizza Hut or Dominos? Where a large feeds 1 or 2? The only other pizzeria that's any good in Lodi is Tony's Pizza? But they are $5 to $8 dollars more expensive then Franco's? If I had to say which pizza taste better between Tony's and Franco's? I would say that Tony's is just a tiny bit better? But Franco's is less money $$$$?

Franco's Pizza has the worst customer service ever! I called them to order 10 party size pizza's for a pot luck at work and was going to use a coupon from the Entertaiment Coupon Book (Edition 2010) and was told I could not use it because I was ordering party size not large. The coupon stated 50% off ANY ONE size pizza. When I read the coupon to the owner he replied that when he made the coupons he forgot to state that the discount was only for a large size. I asked him to value the coupon because it did not state the size and he said he would not because then he would not be making any money and hung up! Hello I was buying 10 pizzas.

Franco's is the only place we go for pizza in this area. They use good quality ingredients and cook it just right. They have a pizza special at lunchtime; I think it's all you can eat but I always order my own combination pizza anyway. It's fresh & hot and they use lots of toppings.
