Although this place DOES offer some decent tanning beds, the staff are all trained to be pushy as can be, and make you feel like a total loser if you don't buy something every time you come in. I went there 3 days in a row, and had their "SPECIAL" thrown at me each time. Also, their tanning packages are NOT a great deal...take the time and figure out what you'd spend, versus the automatically debited amounts they take from you each month to become a member.



Also, the beds could be cleaned a lot better, and the staff could be a little more focused on the customer. I actually had to wait before so that the girl working could finish texting someone...NOT a good way to keep people going there.

Although staff can be nice, the owners don't care about customers AT ALL. They push sales on everyone-and their "credit" scheme is a creative way to rip you off. Equate it with dollars spent and you'll realize it. I have had issues and know others as well-you will not get your money back or problem fixed, no matter what they employee told you in the first place....I hope another tanning place opens in that new plaza because the owners only care about their pockets getting fat-not you.
