Hi it's Marley Majcher. I'm an LA-based celebrity event planner and today we're going to talk about three great workout ideas so that you can look your best. There are a host of options out there, but my favorite three are pick an exercise routine that you can do, maybe at home, because you're going to be busy, you're going to have a lot of other stuff going on. I pull a great DVD that I love, Tracie Malone, I think she is awesome. She has a whole host of stuff, so just pop in this DVD. You can do it whenever you want, you can do it at home, you can do it when you travel. It doesn't matter. The next thing, remember there are tons of unconventional workouts out there. Even using towels, water bottles, five-pound bags of sugar. There are so many different ways that you can exercise with whatever you have got in your home or hotel room so that you're going to look your best and third don't forget plenty of water. You want to make sure that you stay really hydrated. It will give you a ton of energy and most importantly it will make that skin glow so those are three great workout ideas that you can use to look your best.
