Hi! I'm Tara Wilson, designer with Tara Wilson Events. And today we're going to be talking about spring wedding themes. When you're selecting your theme for your wedding, you want to think about things that inspire you. Perhaps you're inspired by something from nature. Perhaps it's something that you found on an invitation. Whatever the case maybe, think about unifying all of the elements that make your wedding unique, and make it unique for spring. Some of the things that we love to use during the springtime include bell jars, they're really fabulous for decorating. You can put your centerpieces under them. You can use them as stand alone props. You could also use these on candy tables or other favor tables. So we love bell jars, they have a multitude of uses. We also like to use a lot of fresh plants. Ferns are gorgeous in the springtime. Putting them in little miniature terracotta pots and placing them on nice porcelain plates will elevate the look of your centerpieces without breaking the bank. Some of the other things that we enjoy using, getting boxes in the colors that of your wedding could be another great idea for a theme, using this. Maybe you got books. Perhaps you use a bunch of different books that have the same color spine. That could be another theme. Birds also very popular themes right now for spring weddings. Whether they are metal birds, porcelain birds, or even fabric birds. They're very popular as a theme. Peacocks are another great theme for spring weddings. So look to nature, look to elements that you see in your everyday life and how you can incorporate those into your wedding theme for spring. I'm Tara Wilson with Tara Wilson Events.
