Hi I am Marley Majcher, a celebrity-based Los Angeles event planner, and today we are going to be talking about cool places to have a wedding. I have done a lot of weddings, and had a lot of experience, and where you choose to have your wedding is really important. It is important for you as the couple, and it is important for our family and friends who are going to be traveling to get there. So a few things to consider. These days destination weddings are increasingly popular. I was just in the Cayman Islands, which is now kind of a really cool hot spot to have weddings. And how could it not be it is fabulously gorgeous, beautiful, everybody is so friendly, and nice, the food is different, it is just really cool, and it is very convenient too. So consider a place like that or consider a place that you use to frequent as a child maybe; where you use to vacation. Take those things into consideration, because and we don't now consider it something a must to get married where the bride grew up. So you have got a lot of different options. The second this is to consider a vineyard. How fabulous to get married among the grapes, and have a sip of wine or two in the mean time. So there are all kinds of different options. Make sure just to get on the Internet, and get some cool choices. And third why not consider a warehouse or even a museum. I myself got married in a really fabulous warehouse that we transformed with wonderful lighting, and funky decor. So that is another thing to consider too, and so many times the venue fee will be a heck of a lot less than you were anticipating. So I am Marley Majcher signing off on some really cool places to have your wedding.

Research marriage licenses
Before you get married in an exotic locale, make sure you take all the steps necessary to make that marriage official. If an event planner is helping you with your plans, start by asking them the lowdown on marriage licenses in that country. Otherwise, the country's registrar's website is a good place to go.
