The therapist was lazy, ineffective and shorted me the hour I paid for. Didn't even remember where I told her I was having problems (ie: told her in length about a bad knee. when i left she asked if my "hip" felt better) and didn't care. Ugh, don't waste your money!

I had a much better experience then the other person who reviewed. The therapist I had was polite and checked with me often to see if I was comfortable. The girl at the desk, Katie, was very sweet. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would go back.

watch out, they do not do good massages and when u complain they blame it all on u. the therapist always denies doing anything wrong and they will not refund a penny and the manager is rude. when u also call them er a specific massage they tell u they do it, when in fact they don't-what does that say???????????????????
