John and Deb are so gracious. I called first thing this morning to have my son's name embroidered on his school backpack. Many places would have turned away such a small project. John was very accommodating on trying to get our project completed today in between all their other projects. I was very pleased that we were able to come and see them in such short notice. We received our order within the hour I first called. My son was ecstatic when John allowed him to come and see how his name was being embroidered first hand! My son wanted to know if we could give more than five stars! This company is very genuine and customer service is beyond top notch! I highly recommend them! I will certainly come back when another embroidery project arises. Do not look any further if you need a company you can trust for your project needs. This is them. Your search has ended.

Best customer service I have dealt with in a while! In need of something embroidered at the last minute and was able to meet with John and Deb the same day of contact and had my item by the following day – 2 days prior than the originally agreed upon date. Price was great and overall experience was fantastic!

John was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I had 2 pieces embroidered and he texted me the "mock ups" and made sure everything was correct and to my liking before he proceeded with the completion. He was very prompt in turn around time, even though I told him there was no rush. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, or use him for other projects.

Great quality work! John was very easy to work with and always did what he said he would do. Personal embroidery on two blankets took less than 24 hrs from drop off to pick up!

GREAT personal service. .I needed on the spot service on a mid-Saturday morning to have a comfy blanket embroidered for a doggie basket I was preparing for a co-worker's dog newly discovered to have bone cancer and was to be getting his leg amputated. They were "johnny on the spot" with their service and I was included in every decision before even one stitch was set. Presented the basket to my co-worker with the blanket in-tow and it was a hugh hit! Everyone was impressed with the blankt embroidery. Affordable and personal service. ..I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have used Dream Weavers many times and they are always fast and courteous. They have many designs in their catalogs or they can design what you want. They are reasonably priced. I will be using them again.
