I have been taking the dogs I have owned to Allen Animal Hospital since the 1970's and from the time Dr. Allen owned and operated the hospital I have trusted the veterinarians there and especially Dr. Boland. I have carried a dog in which went through a glass sliding storm door on a door wall and severed tendons and which recovered after surgery to reattach the tendons without a limp. I owned a miniature dachshund that lived to be 17 years old under the care of Allen Animal Hospital. In her later years Dr. Boland correctly diagnosed a cornea condition in her eyes and referred us to an eye specialist for confirmation and treatment. Allen Animal Hospital took care my wife's two miniature poodles throughout their lives. Dr. Boland treats my long-haired miniature dachshund now and has advised me regarding the advisability of giving one vaccine to my small dog. I trust her expertise and judgment.

We love Allen Animal Hospital, wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else!

I'm very impressed with their services, I've taken my pets to several other vets and this is the best I've come across! I like that they treat the problem you take your pet in for without trying to shove other meds down your throat that your animal probably doesn't need. Very knowledgeable, I'm very pleased with the results and I would definitely recommend them to someone else!

My dog got several bad lacerations from a fight and Dr. Schneider did a great job sewing him up and explaining how to care for him at home. She's very nice as well as the other staff at Allen Animal Hospital.

Dr. Boland, and all the other vets and staff members, are the best! They are kind, patient, and caring, and understand the special place pets have in our lives and hearts. My rescue mutt has been a patient of Dr. Boland for over 10 years, and I have never felt he's been given less than the best of care. I have recommended the vet to my neighbors and friends. I only wish some of my human internists and specialists took the time and had the compassion I experience with Dr. Boland. She's great!!
