The concept for Advance Staffing was created in 1991, when its founder, the owner of an electrical controls engineering firm, set out to pursue a niche market of contracting out the services of the specifically skilled tradespeople that were employed by him. By 1994, Advance Staffing was recognized as a premier supplier of skilled trades labor personnel for the Automotive based industries of Southeast Michigan. Throughout the years, Advance Staffing has expanded its staffing services to include almost every type of labor imaginable, all while maintaining a strong commitment to its core strength in the skilled trades market. A refreshed, stronger commitment to the contract labor industry was born with Advance Staffing. Now after hundreds of satisfied customers under their belt, Advance Staffing has successfully raised the standard of what contract labor can be, both to its employees and to its customers.
