This shop took thousands of money from me and completely ripped me off. They did such a horrible job that the paint peeled off two weeks later. They bought parts from Taiwan but charged me for dealer parts. They WILL steal your money and they WILL rip you off. Under no circumstances should anyone use this shop.

Began as a quick and courteous response to a Sunday evening AAA call. Helpful in explaining possible problem. Recommended their auto service department. Next morning they called to reassure us they would be able to assess problem that morning. Called back within 2 hours. Simple repair. VERY REASONABLE rates. Took time to show and explain problem when we came for pick up car. Thank you Jim and A Notch Above.

This place is great for vehicle purchase as well as service and repairs and towing. They are honest and fair.

a terrible business. terrible service, rude clerk, the mechanic showed up 40 minutes late for my appointment with no apology and then spent an additional 45 minutes doing a routine inspection. I will go elsewhere from now on.
