At Woodshed, we make it simple: joining is easy, your workouts are planned for you, and you'll meet with a coach every quarter to track your progress. CrossFit: The majority of our members take two to four CrossFit classes a week and thrive in the group dynamic. Class provides direction, accountability, and motivation, and we make it fun! Every session is led by one of our professional Coaches. Fundamentals: Woodshed Fundamentals is your first step after the No-Sweat Intro: a private or semi-private curriculum designed to introduce a beginner or returning athlete to our fundamental movements in a low-pressure setting. We will teach you how to squat, press, deadlift, swing a kettlebell, and build up your conditioning. Personal Training: 1-1 Training can be a game-changer for the novice or veteran athlete. Personal sessions allow us to train you at your own pace and on your own calendar, pushing as you approach goals and peaks while helping you navigate the valleys of a busy life.
