Horrible customer service. I own a rescue dog who was beaten and I have been training her to trust people. She's been fine until we went to wag n wash. This girl that worked there barely said hello when we walked in. After my dog growled at her I only got ignored and given dirty looks after that. Um hello? I work at a kennel - anyone that works with/ around dogs knows that some dogs aren't ok with strangers. These are not even dog people let alone people-people. It was way overpriced compared to other pet washes and pet stores nearby. I just felt mistreated and overcharged. Never going back!!!
