I will not ever go back to that location. After the bad reviews from Thornton, we decided to try the Littleton location. We called to book a birthday party and were told they were full for Saturday. I asked if we could still bring party supplies in and if we could just find a table, they said yes. After an hour the manager came up and stated that he had seen us in there before and we were told no cake was allowed. He stated that he knows faces and don't forget people, and that we were told on several occasions that we could not bring cake in. we could bring balloons and presents in but no cake.. We have NEVER been there before. He argued with me and kept insisting that we were trouble makers. We were very offended and left the facility. To the owners: Teach your management customer service skills, and how to talk to customers, as you are going to lose business, because I am going to spread the word to everyone who will listen how bad your Littleton location is.

I would just like to let you know that I am a regular at the littleton facility and was there when you said that your inhaler was thrown away. I would just like to let you know that later that night while the employees were checking the lockers for forgotten items, your inhaler was found, it was not thrown away as you assumed. It is not a businesses responsibilty tokeep track of your belongings! I'm sure if you called down that they would be happy to give you your inhaler, but if i were you i'd be a little too embarrassed to do so.

When my daughter's inhaler was thrown away by a staff member, the 'manager' first suggested that we dig it out of the trash and use it. When I pointed out that this would be unsanitary, the 'manager' accused us of lying about having an inhaler, called me a joke and refused to give me his business's contact information. Also, I heard several families complaining about stolen shoes. We won't be returning
