This guy lied to me and said that he owned a hot tub repair company and that he was selling his old hot tub that he was using for personal use at his home in littleton colorado. His name is Vince that i dealt with if that is even his name. He put a 30 day warranty on the hot tub that i bought. well i got it home and nothing works properly on the hot tub, we have repair numerous things on the thing and it still wont work. And the phone number he gave me to get into touch with him at for help on the hot tub and things is the number for his company the snow removal business. anyways after calling him for 27 days now and no return of a phone call just keeps ignoring me, o i texted him once and he answered ill call u in a few minutes and that was 7 days ago. good thing i wasnt holding my breath or id be dead. Actually the reason why i found out that he is a liar is cause i couldnt find any repair business with his compnaies phone number that he gave me so i decided to just have the yellow pages look by the number and BOOM the NUMBER DOES BELONG TO A BUSINESS JUST NOT THE ONE I THOUGHT AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WENT TO!!! He aparently removes snow for a living and probably other things during the summer cause obviously snow is seasonal. BUT REPAIRING HOT TUBS IS NOT ONE OF THE OTHER THINGS HE DOES FOR A LIVING AND BEING A UPFRONT HONEST GUY ISNT ANY PART OF ANY BUSINESS THAT HE MIGHT OWN!!! The guy scammed us and he knows it and still wont answer the phone and OH YA THE HOT TUB STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!! And we have put $400 into just new parts for what was broke on the tub and just a guess but im sure that theres alot more to be done. i guess its a good thing that he put the 30 day warranty/guarantee on it cause i still have all the reciepts and his warranty and im going down to our local court house tomorrow which is tuesday and im filling a case against him. Now my goal is to just let people who are like me and trusting that this guy is bad news and he will screw you over any chance he gets so my advice is to just find someone else to do whatever u need done. And im sure that hes a jack of all trades or he likes to scam people into thinking that he is then runs with the money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY BEWARE OF VINCE
