Got everything I needed and the staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The in store selection is big but their digital catalogue is HUGE!! They can get anything!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful and I quickly and effortlessly got everything I needed for my daughter's summer band camp.

If you are going to rent to own expect to pay %30 above list price. Rick is very tense. They wouldn't let me use my rental credit towards the brand I wanted until I called the district manager, who was actually nice and said 'no problem'. The one star is for her.

Still, it's just a corporation on the verge of collapse scrambling for every last dollar. Can't imagine the stress that trickles down the ranks. I really just feel sorry for them.

Rented with them at the Summit Ridge Middle School rental fair. The girl representing them was rude but it was a stressful event so I let that go. However, I had to go to the store because the reed was missing and the sales clerk (?) was extremely rude also. Never once did I get an apology for my inconvenience on the phone or in person.I will definitely go somewhere where there is better customer service. I will definitely tell my friends and neighbors to use someone else.

We love Music and Arts. They always treat us well, and go out of their way to get what we want. The teacher discount is a big help, and they did a great job of giving us the right price on a keyboard! Their rental program has worked out well for us, too.

Music and Arts is a true supporter of the high school music program. My daughters clarinet split the day before her college audition. We called that night and Music and Arts found the same clarinet she played and got it to the store late that night. We picked it up and her audition went great....she received a scholarship for best freshman audition. Thanks Music and Arts....she couldn't have done it without your help.

We had to rent an instrument for my daughter and knew this was the place to go. I was correct in thinking that as the second day she had her violin we had to take it in to have one of the strings fixed, did I mention it was 5 minutes before they closed on a Sunday? The guy put the string back on the peg and tuned the entire violin, and did it all with a smile on his face!
