I have been taking my dog to Loving Paws for about four years now! The staff treats your dog like it was one of their own. Linda and Pete are experts at grooming. Never have I ever felt like Pickles was not given the best cut or brush!! I HIGHLY recommend this business for your pets grooming needs!

BEATS ANIMALS!!!!!

PETE SATTIG BEATS DOGS!!!!!! AND HIS MOTHER LINDA SATTIG ALLOWS HIM TO DO IT!!! My mother Cosy and I (Jade) walked out of there quitting our jobs after we watched Pete beat his own 8 month old puppy. When I say beat I mean kicking, punching him in the head and bashing his head into a wall. After he did so he even made a point to turn to me and say "sometimes you have to kick a _____ dog to pound the sense into their heads" We called the cops/animal control but unfortunatly the dog has to be seriously injured for them to take any sort of action. They are not telling people that Cosy is no longer working there and leading people to believe she is still grooming their animals. PLEASE HELP US STOP THIS ABUSE!!!!!!

Caution!! Won't return!

Terrible Animal and Customer Care - Was told that they didn't cage dry on the phone. When I went to get my dogs, they were in cages with high velocity, barrel fan and vortex fans just inches from the cages blowing on them. My little dog has floppy ears that always hang down. Due to the wind speed from the fans, his ears were straight up in the air and his hair pressed back to his face. He was in a small cage with fans front, side and top and no way for him to get away from the air blowing if he chose to (and VERY loud in that room with all the fans going in that small area!!). He kept turning to the back of the cage as when he was looking at me, he was having a hard time catching his breath due to the force of the air so close to him. When I got into a disagreement with the owner and the groomer about cage drying, I was then refused service and refused a refund. I was also told that I was "rude, and touchy." I care about how my dog is treated - if that is rude and touchy, then so be it. So I left with my dog having received a half completed hack job of a hair cut on the body, and big puffy feet and head. My dog was so stressed from this happening, that it is now almost 24 hours later and he is still throwing up and having diarrhea--he had been fine before taking him in. I have scheduled an appointment for him with his vet for this afternoon. What did I learn? Before going to a groomer, make them explain to you their definition of "cage drying". During our discussion one of the workers said that they didn't use the heated cage dryers. I'm not in the grooming industry - my dog in a cage with strong fans blowing on my dog from all angles equal cage drying to me.

Took forever, poor grooming, and rude

Dropped of my 4 year old Cocker Spaniel at 8 and was told that she would be ready at 5pm. When I asked why it would be so long the owner was very rude. Had to get to work so didn't have time to take him somewhere else. When I picked him up the shop was filthy and loud. Worst grooming experience I've had. Not recommended!!!!!!

Highly recommended

I have been going to Linda and her staff for over a year now, they take time with each dog and do a professional job. Not all groomers are alike, and Loving Paws is still within our budget.Loving Paws shop is kept clean and they carry quality pet care products without the usual markup. I would recommend them as they were recommended to me, I am grateful to have them care for my dogs.

Awesome

One of our dogs is deathly afraid of being groomed at other places and even by us. We took her to Loving Paws and she does just fine with them. She always looks good and their prices are great.
