LIDC exceeded my expectations this fall when installing my irrigation system. The crew was qualified and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your irrigation needs.

These guys are TRUE PROFESSIONALS. They installed a sprinkler system at my home this summer. The job was done fast and the guys were great. My lawn was the greenest on the block this year! Thanks guys, I will recommend you to everyone I know.

NEVER EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. We are INCREDIBLY disappointed in this place, though they came highly recommended. We waited a week for the first appointment, they arrived at the wrong time & then tried to charge US for rescheduling. The work was fine, but the price was high. We waited a very long time for them to come again for a system check & further estimate. Despite calling FIVE times, we waited 3 weeks for an estimate that never came. Though a person finally gave me a name to ask for & promised he would follow up, he never did. I cannot believe they can stay in business with these practices. Their customer service is non-existent. In this economy, you have to strive HARDER to get clients. After a very frustrating call where I was finally told to take my business elsewhere because the spineless person I spoke with couldn't handle my frustration, I called another company- they were out within THREE days to give an estimate and on the FOURTH day the work was DONE. This company lost out on $500 of business because of their lousy service. Thanks for wasting our time.

I called this company because it was highly recommended by a friend. I asked them to come out and do an estimate for some work on a sprinkler system. They were two hours late (time window) and not only didn't tell me they were going to be late but I had to call to see if they were coming at all that day. After the look through (which took about 15 minutes) the employee said that the company would be emailing me an estimate in 2 days at the latest and I had to call the company on day 3 to see when it was coming (the estimate had to be done by the owner). The owner is not there and they will leave a message for the owner about the estimate. I am sure this company has been amazing in the past, but there communication skills are not there and I am really feeling like they are not interested in doing work on my lawn. Maybe they have a better place to be. I just would have appreciated a call from them about being late and not having the estimate done on time. My concern would be what would happen if something was not quite right with the work they were doing and they had to fix it. Would they come 6 months later and not tell me?

I've used these guys for 3 seasons now and they have always performed great repairs at a decent price. Lawn Irrigation Design Center also corrected some "hack work" from the previous owner of my property. My sprinkler system thanks you! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

These people have been working with me for over four years. They are excellent. I have bought sprinkler parts and materials, attended their classes, designed my sprinkler system, troubleshot it, had them troubleshoot my system and work with it. LIDC is a rare find. Use them.

Never been disappointed with this outfit, they've always come through. Very knowledgeable.
