Facial was great. but hostess were rude and demanding for tips although ive already given a generous tip.poor service at the front and really rotten attitude. no customer service at all which ruins the "stress-free" experience.

I won't go to la Tierra again. My appointment began half an hour late (which made me late back to work and I had already planned to take a long lunch for the appointment). The hostess staff was not welcoming. I didn't get a smile, a 'hi', a 'thank you', or anything remotely pleasant for that matter out of them. On the other hand, Austyn gave me a lovely haircut and she was very nice. Upon exiting, the hostess staff didn't make eye contact with me, let alone acknowledge my presence or bid me good day. Other than Austyn, I was very displeased with the service.
