The entire team at Keller Bros is trustworthy, friendly, and sharp. I get excellent value for the service they perform, save a ton of money over going to a dealership, and they care enough to remember my name every time I go there.

Provided by YP.comWe took our vehicle to Keller Bros and they said that in order to diagnose our car's problem the whole transmission system needed to be taken apart. We declined and took it somewhere else where they found in a few minutes that a simple sensor needed to be replaced. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Keller Bros.
This vehicle DID need a sensor. HOWEVER, there were METAL shavings found in the fluid which indicate a much more serious problem internally, and mechanically that would require a disassembly in order to diagnose properly. It's unfortunate that the customer is now likely going ot have a failure that might have been prevented by repalcing whichever part is disintigrating. Oh well, we TRIED to help them. This posting is slanderous, and the customer should be aware that their car is only PARTIALLY repaired.
