I have been banking at first bank since i was 9 and i am 30 now. I use to love banking through them until i got married…..nothing but problems trying to get a joint account started and just recently they would not cash a Tax return check that both my wife and I signed. They made me wait 20 min to confirm funds of the IRS check then told me that she had to come in as well…..What a waste of my time. I went to another bank and it was a night and day difference. I will be closing all my accounts including my mortgage and going elsewhere…. save yourself the trouble and don't go to first bank if you are married or plan on being married.

Hey 1st Bank, why do you have contracts, when you do whatever you want. Way to treat your customers, especially kids. NO brand loyalty here. If you sign a contract, I thought you would stick by it, BUT NO, you do whatever you want to kids. Your customer service is awful and your people are rude. No help at all with my daughters account. All I have to say is WOW. We will be closing out all of our accounts today.
