I rented a diamond blade saw to cut 8 blocks 2" thick, and was charged 340$ for the use of the blade. I wasn't told this "fee" would be charged when I brought it back. They are crooks!

I rented a transmission jack that was very incomplete, just came with a chain, no tightener. Charged $ 53/day, returned it after 1 day and 6 hours but they charged me for 2 full days. Poor customer service, just generally unfriendly like its a big inconvenience for them to help you.
