Absolutely the WORST customer service I've experienced! The old-ass man was very condescending and rude. Bradford will never again get my business, nor a referral from me.

I hired Bradford to repair a $1,200.00 repair to my Ford. On the fifth day I wasl called stating my vehicel was ready for pick up; however, there was dirt in the pait and and the quality was F-. The wiated my time. Do not use this merchant if you like quality work.

I've had to go there twice - once to replace a Toyota celica quarter panel that had been dented by a guy in a parking lot - and a second time to replace a Mustang fender that had been backed into by a neighbor. In both cases, Bradford was the lowest of 2-3 quotes; in both cases, they had the work completed on time and were exceptionally courteous and pleasant to deal with. And the work looked great - could not tell that the quarter panel and fender were new - paint matched perfectly. No big deal on a 6 month old black mustang, but impressive on a 7 year old red Celica.

They did an OK job, but only after I raised hell with them. Additionally, I asked them for an estimate to do some small repairs on the rear of the car. After I asked several times, they came back with an estimate that was twice the price of any other shop I got an estimate from. Seems like they only want to do insurance work. I would not recommend this shop.

Got 3 bids...Bradford was the lowest...great work done on time.
