I came to price match something from walmart....spoke with the district manager.....was told he had to look it up on their system...not a problem....showed him the item on my walmart app....was told "I gind it hard to believe that they would be selling a brand new electronic for that price.....basically calling me a liar...I asked if he could call the store and verify the price....was told no..that even if it was he wasnt going to match that price anyway....I asked him...about best buy policy and he stated I have other customers and walked away......I have never been treated so rudely in my life (and by a district manager) will never shop best buy again.....left the store feeling disrespected and upset...called corporate and they told me to go online and file a complaint...poor customer service......you dont get to make up your own rules.

Maybe other Geek Squad locations are better, but I'm now out $100 on a data backup, lost all data except pictures, and was made out to be at fault by the manager because of their mistake. Paid $100 for back up, and while talking with the associate had made a statement that my pictures were the most important thing to save, but I needed the full back up I was paying for. Upon picking up my laptop, the ONLY thing on the back up disk was a 186 KB file of pictures. Talking to the manager about a refund for not getting anywhere near all I'd paid for, I was told "there's no guarantee on back ups", and fault was put on me for the guy only writing down to save pictures. Prior to speaking with me, the manager conversed with his associate, and the parting conversation implied it was his word against mine, and seemed VERY adament his associate hadn't messed up while writing down what to back up. I will NEVER use this location again. Have since found cheaper PC repair.

I went into this store to purchase a simple HDMI Cable v1.4. I was told by the sales person that I needed to buy the Monster cable brand because that would ensure that I get the best picture. I told him that I wanted the most basic and simple cable, and that Amazon has what I want for $6. He continued on and on about how the more expensive cable ($119) gives the better picture and on and on with what amounted to be complete lies about how HDMI cables work. I thought it was very funny how little he actually knew and how badly he was lying about what he did know. In the work that I perform, the scientific community as well as military and government projects depend on my accuracy and the quality of the equipment that I choose, so I find it horrible that a company such as Best Buy, trains their employees to tell lies about how the technology works and pushes them to up-sell products by telling lies about the quality and standards that are used to make a HDMI cable. I won't be back ever!!

I custom made a computer a few months ago and paid for it with my credit card. After every part came in my credit card would be charged. Somehow on the last part Best Buy claimed my card was expired and without even trying to work with me, took it to collections! Credit card users beware!!!

I would not recommend ever purchasing anything from Best Buy with your credit card. If they screw up the expiration date they will take it to collections instead of trying to work it out with you. They are not a customer friendly store. Credit card users beware!

high quality sound for a reasonable price. A wide variety of name brand subs, decks, amplifiers and speakers. great customer service always there to help and answer your questions. primium warrenties on anything you buy.
