AWFUL.

I've lived here for almost a year and I'm completely fed up. Maintenance is horrible, it took them 10 months to fix a simple light issue, our plumbing has been messed up since the start and SEWAGE leaked all over our kitchen and hallway. Then when maintenance came to clean it, they left the carpet partially ripped up where both my roommates and I have ripped our feet open on the staples. And that's just a little of our issues INSIDE the apartment.

Outside of the apartment is the same if not worse. We have witnessed a homeless man sleeping in the onsite laundry units(he broke the window and slept under the table) for weeks without notice from staff even after we told them. My car has been keyed or "wrote on" by the kids that run around at night. Trash floods the parking lot. Beer cans especially.



Oh, and did I mention, my friends got robbed at gunpoint on my doorstep. Needless to say I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. It is bad all around and I don't feel safe.

When staff was informed of the robbery, they simply said that there's nothing they can do and they would send our last month's rent to collections if we broke the lease one month early because of said SAFE issue. It's funny considering there's supposedly an on-site policeman.



Worst experience ever.
