This is a horrible place to live. If you do drugs or like getting mugged, this is the perfect place for you to live. I literaly can not go a day without being approached by ghetto hoodrats that either ask me for $$ or if I want to buy drugs. My neighbor has people banging on his door at all hours of the night and every time he decides to light up, it comes right through the vents, which are shared.

On top of all of that, if you need something fixed forget about it. We had a mouse in our apartment for a month before they sent pest control, our firealarms did not work for months, and our stovetop turned on by itself for months until it was finally fixed by a friend.

The laundry room is a joke. It takes your quarters and does not clean your clothes correctly. The only time I used it, I went right outside to check my mail, only to come back to see someone had stollen my detergent and my clothes. The staff said they were not responsible and could not help. Hmmm so why is there a camera in the room.

The gate is broken most of the time, the UALR trolley no longer makes a stop at the apartment, and good luck getting your security deposit back.
