I have lived here since early June and I must say the management staff is very nice and my service requests are handled in a very timely fashion. I feel safe here, and I have even made some great friends throughout my short time here.

Slipped and fell on icy steps to my apartment on march 5th, was told by manager they had salted the steps and after I filed with ins company was told they didn't have to salt the steps, i have been off work and had to have surgery on my lower back on may 22nd from this fall, home office told me I can pay when my short term ddisability was approved and they would waive late fees, had me send in all Dr. notes and check Stubbs, after I was approved I was told by manager they will not waive late fees and they will see me in court, I was evicted yesterday June 24..

I have lived at this complex for the last 9 months and have been very happy here. I have always felt safe in my complex. I have never had any issues with the management. The staff has always been beyond helpful, and residents are notified adequately of any upcoming maintenance that may impact our schedules or habits. I have only had to call maintenance twice for minor issues. Both times, the issue was handled promptly and professionally.

Great staff. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. Pet friendly. Lots of closet/storage space.
