This is a very sketchy Jewelry store. My fiancé took in her engagement ring to have it looked at. The jewelers took the ring to appraise it and put more prongs to secure the stone. The Jewelers called her after a week and told her that they needed to replace the surrounding stones because they were White Sapphire and they didn't want them to "melt" them. The next day my fiancé called and tried to pick it up. At that point the jeweler told her that the stone were indeed diamonds and didn't need to be replaced (I'm assuming to help sweeten the deal). My fiancé was trying to pick up the ring immediately and the store told her a jeweler left the store with it to "work" on it in North Little Rock. They didn't tell my fiancé how to pick it up that day saying they didn't want her to go to the "trouble". Finally they surrendered the ring the next morning after my fiancé freaked out on them.

Were they planning to replace the "white sapphire" with diamonds? Maybe they aren't that corrupt, but we will never know. How after a week of looking at a ring did they suddenly realize it was diamond? That, to me, doesn't make since. I am having it looked at to see if they messed with it.

Do not trust a this store with something that is worth so much money and, more importantly, represents something so special in your life.
