Our washer and dryer stopped working about 3-4 weeks ago. I called Hall's and they came out the next day. Cool. He said he would call me when he got back to the shop with a quote for the parts. Cool. Except he never called. I waited a couple days thinking he may be busy. When I called, he hadn't even ordered the parts yet. He said it would be a couple days when the parts arrive and he will call. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, I called back, the receptionist found the invoice and said she would call me right back after she found the parts. 5 days later, never heard back. Horrible customer service. It's a good thing they don't take a service fee upfront. I've already called someone else to repair my washer and dryer.
