Cynthia H could not be pleased no matter. Offered her a loaner car free. Didn't understand that touched up scratches show and don't dissappear invisibly. Brought vehicle in for other work which was done beautifully. They showed up early the day it was to be ready and we simply had not yet detailed and cleaned it yet. Another freebie. Would have been done on time. Noticed their old wiper blades were bad so put them on as a complimentary gesture. They said there was nothing wrong with the original (worn out) ones and made me dig the old ones out of the trash can. I even discounted the whole repair. There was nothing I could do for this Cynthiana H. Occasionally and seldom do you get a customer that you never want to come by again. This is the one. Avoid this place. Vehicle not done when promised. Used wrong color paint on scractches and dings after promising the truck would look great. Truck looked like it had polka dots. Said they could remove paint if we didn't like it so they knew it was the wrong color. Will never ever return!

they did a fantastic job on husband's truck from damages from ice storm . Will recommend all my friends to them
