Hanadi is the biggest thief !!she stole my money and thinks she will get away with it!!! We should ALL COME TOGETHER AND FORM A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!

Do not book an event here! You will be lied to and deceived the day of your event. Hanandi is a thief and a liar. I booked an event here and was promised that the room would be fully decorated with a beautiful stage and that I could pick the designs I wanted to and there would be so much food and lots of variety. That all I needed to do was show up and she would take care of everything. When we signed the contract we agreed to a certain amount of guest and I was told the cost per person would remain the same even if the amount of guest increased. The day before my event when I went to pay the remainder of my invoice she called me 2 hours before we were suppose to meet and ask me to bring $5000 in cash! When we originally had agreed to pay the remainder by card. I had already paid $2000 in cash and asked before the contract was signed if the remainder could be paid by a card and she had agreed. She stated she didn't have enough money to cover all the food that she promised to cater. I then asked her to go over the menu and she changed everything she originally told me and mentioned less food than we agreed to. Not only that but I added a few ppl to my guest list and she increased the cost per person even after we discussed that would not be the case. Also, when we initially discussed me booking this place she advised all the decor would be done the day before and I would be able to see it prior to my event. When I went there in the evening nothing had been done and she stated she was rushing out to meet her friends for hookah! The next day was a disaster. Nothing had been done and my aunt was the first person to show up and the room wasn't even decorated as of yet. My family had to help put everything out and setup all the decor on the tables. This was suppose to be a classy event and she served my guests with paper plates and solo cups and then eventually ran out of paper plates. My father approached her and she said she didn't have anymore money to buy more plates so he ended up leaving my event twice to purchase more plates and cups. It was a total disaster and beyond embarrassing. She even used plastic table clothes for my guests tables when I was told she would use beautiful table clothes that she was throwing in that she normally charges for. Nonetheless, the stage setup and that her and I agreed to just the night before was nothing I decided on. I will have to say that it did look nice but was not the look I had asked for. She only decorated 2 guest tables and threw together the remaining tables. I approached her during my event and told her how I felt and how upset I was at what was going on and she told me not to be mad that everyone was having a good time regardless. At the end of the day, I had to make the best out of that evening because I didn't want our guests to know anything was wrong. But I was completely mortified that my evening turned out that way. She will tell you what you want to hear but do not believe her! She tells you a sob story how all her partners have robbed her in the past and she starting back up but in reality she is the real thief! Do not let her ruin your night!

Please do not book. We brought our own decor and she tried hiding them in the back to steal them and never used them for our event. She never catered the food from the restaurant that we had discussed. Get everything in writing because she used red solo cups plastic tablecloths plastic utensils and plastic plating for a major event. Very disappointed with the service and the fact that my guests had to take charge and set up the event for me.

Worst!!!! Place to do a event the lady will rob u for ur money she would tell u I don't have this I don't have that that's not what I told u 2day before ur event and she don't even decorate ur place u have to do it ur self check her ig she have bad comment from other customer be careful and read the agreement and make sure she write everything u guys ask or she tells u she going to do the worst place to do ur even Henadi is the name of the owner very dingy and slick and a big Liar!!!!
