I was looking for a boat for my family and Brandon was very helpful. He helped us get one that fit our budget, it was a fixer upper and he helped us get the parts and by Summer we were able to use it. Will definitely come back if I need anything else.

I have recently purchased a 1991 sunliner it has a 302 v8 in it and it's made by pleasurecraft and it has a pleasurecraft out drive witch is a very rare out drive they insured me that there were parts for it. So I purchased this boat and with the early thaw this year I was able to get the boat in the water and test run it. This did not go real good under load the engine would back fire. I called Brandon and he gave me some pointers and things to look at. I cleaned the carb replaced plugs and rebuilt the distributor. Took it to the water again and it still was back firing. So u can imagine at this point I was getting a little frustrated so I started to check things over talked to Brandon again he said I could bring it back to him and he would go threw it for me. I live a few hours away so I didn't want to do that so I continued to look the engine over. Finally I noticed it the number 2 spark plug wire and the number 1 were switched. I must have done it earlier when I performed a compression check. I switched around the wires and the motor ran awesome boat ran about 40 miles an hour up stream. Supper happy with the way the boat performed, unfortunately when we took the boat back out of the water I pulled the lower unit plug and there was a bunch of water in the oil this problem I New about Brandon had told me about it before I bought the boat. So I started looking for seals I couldn't find them any where so I called Brandon again and his Secretary who is extremely hhelpfull, helped me find the parts I needed and they ordered them threw there account giving me a even better deal on the parts. So now my parts r on the way. All around I bought a boat in the winter was not able to test it and I took Brandon word on the boat. He has been very help full and trust worthy his Secretary is extremely nice and help full if I had to do it all again I would in a heartbeat. Maybe pay a little more attention on the compression test lol thank u boaters dream for a great experience

I bought an engine off of Ebay on February 27th, 2014 from Boater's Dream. I live about 5 hours away from where they were located so I called and spoke with Brandon to work over the logistics before making my purchase. He assured me that he could meet me in the Twin Cities (about an hour or so from him and 3 hours for me) in order to transfer the engine. We both understood that the transfer wouldn't take place right away but maybe a month down the road. This worked well for me so I purchased the engine. Upon trying to get in touch with Brandon to organize transfer I was unable to get a hold of him. I left multiple messages with his secretary as well as on his cell phone. It seemed to me that Brandon was avoiding me (maybe because he didn't want to drive to the cities?) It even became insulting when he wouldn't answer his phone, I call his secretary, she calls him, she calls me back to relay his message. How disrespectful! Long story short after months of trying to work this out I called up there towards the end of July and informed the secretary that I am taking off work in a week and a half to make a special trip up there to get the engine, please have it ready for me as I work 6-7 days a week and it is incredibly hard for me to get off of work (I service funerals). She informed me that it would be ready. The day before I was to travel to Boaters Dream and had already went through the strenuous task of getting off of work I called them to confirm that everything was indeed ready. The secretary answered and they had forgotten that I was coming! The phone was given to Brandon and he informed me that "There had been an accident with some of the shelving, a forklift, and your engine." So he knew about this before I arranged pickup!! Brandon said he would make it right by replacing the carburetor, intake, and delivering it to me personally. he said he'd call me early the next week. Never got a call, I waited til the next week then called. He said he had gotten the parts and he would call me Monday and deliver on Tuesday. Never got a call, never got the delivery. I called him Wednesday he said "Oh yeah I'm gonna try to make it down later this week. I then informed him of how incredibly embarrassing this situation was and that I cannot trust them with the condition of the engine given their complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. I requested a refund. He took my information and said I would be refunded. 3 days pass...No refund. I called Brandon and he said "don't worry we'll get you your money." 1 week passes...No refund. Call again and he says don't worry we'll get it to you. Another week passes...No refund. I called and this time the secretary answers..She say "oh you didn't get my message?" No I didn't...there was no message. She said that she needed a dollar amount because they forgot how much I paid!? Really?? I told her the correct amount and was paid within 5 minutes. ON AUGUST 28th!!! So from Feb 27th - Aug 28th I was unable to get my engine resulting in me missing the ENTIRE boating season. What a joke! I would advise to stay FAR AWAY from these people.
