If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. These people are beyond dishonest and down right rude! My best advice? Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!!
The sales people act like they can't grant your every wish when you're in their showroom ready to buy a car. But when it comes down to actual paperwork these people will royally screw you over. If it doesn't benefit their pockets or ego you'll be hung up on or ignored. Not to mention once I called the sales manager Ken, to resolve my issue, he thought the solution was to hang up on me. I'm still waiting on a response from their general manager at the moment. UPDATE: their general manager had the audacity to say I can see why someone would hang up on you. After dealing with the worst customer service of my life I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Everytime I go, the customer service is exceptional. I really have a great experience. I will never go anywhere else. Dionte always has my service!!!

This was my first time going to Thornton road location the employees were very nice and attentive. Anthony was excellent providing me with a rental car as soon as I told him I had to work. I'll definetly get more work done there . Thankyou for everything

Very good service, went for an oil change and recently received a recall on my Kia Soul, so I asked when it could be fixed and they very graciously thought they could do it then, which they did! How convenient for me! Way to go Thornton Road KIA!!!!
