no pushy salesmen!

Thornton Rd Hyundai was the best out of the 7 dealerships I went to when hunting for the right car. They were knowledgeable and very patient with me and answered all my questions. At the end when it came time to make a deal they didn't play any of those usual games just negotiated and fair price and shook my hand. I walked out with the new car of my dreams and I felt like I got a fair price. They even let me test drive their to of the line Genesis model, knowing I want going to buy it. They pride themselves on word-of-mouth recommendations so they wanted me to tell my friends about it. Great customer service. They ate not just about the sale, they are about the customer. I love my new car but when I replace it in the future there is only one dealership I'm going to!

Thornton Road Hyundai is the ONLY place I will take my Hyundai for service. They are the absolute best because they know me on sight and always provide not only the best customer service, but always make recommendations on how to maximize the use of my vehicle.

Go to Thornton Road Hyundai and ask for King Stinson. A very polite and caring young man. He did not make me feel rushed or like he was after my money. I recommend him and his royal experience. I actually found him through google. And all of the reviews were right. Tell him Kendra sent you :)

Ryan Dunston and Henry Parmer provided stellar customer service to me and my son!

I had the worst customer service from my local dealership in Albany, GA, wish I would've came to Thornton Rd Hyundai first. First my local dealership didn't have the car that I wanted and didn't understand their system to order me a Black Limited Sonata with peanut butter interior that I had my heart set on. They offered to install peanut butter leather seats at an additional cost to me because they told me the car didn't came with that interior. I found the car on Thornton Rd website and showed them, they still told me they could not order the car. I reached out to Thornton Rd to find out why they had the exact car I wanted and why my local dealership told me it was unavailable. I explained my situation to Ryan Dunston and he was more than happy to answer my questions. My internet experience with Ryan Dunston was excellent, he made me a better offer than my local dealership while maintaining a professional and eager to please attitude through the whole experience. I tried giving my local dealership a chance but after 3-4 days of waiting on them get the car, my patience grew thin. After informing my local dealership of my better deal Thornton Rd made, things got ugly and I refused to purchase from them.



The transmission in my car was shot, Thornton Rd Hyundai offered to come pick me up, which I lived 3 hours away so I would be able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. I told them I would rent me a car and be there in the morning to pick up the car, they paid for the rental, gas, and purchased food for me and my son. I was greeted at the dealership with a warm welcome and Henry Parmer provided the best dealership customer service experience I have ever had. My son was sick while completing my paperwork process and I had to take him to the emergency room, they were so kind to call and check on him and have everything ready when we returned. My overall experience at Thornton Rd Hyundai made me feel like a VIP! Huge Thank you to Ryan Dunston and Henry Parmer for going above and beyond your job descriptions to show me and my son genuine excellent customer service!!
