I've been frequenting various smoke shops in the valley for 20+ years. I've lived all over & when I visit friends I always make sure to check out their local shop. I've met the owner several times at Casablanca and he actually takes a shift himself which is good. He knows his customers. The second time he saw me he immediately remembered me & engaged me in some of their latest products. While asking me what I would need today, he was showing me various other options for next time. Bigger ticket stuff for longer term gifts etc. Don't get me wrong, the main reason I went here in the first place is its the only shop zoned this close to me. It's still relatively new but they have come a long way in changing and adding items that they didn't have before and allowing the less popular stuff to dwindle. They've added a very wide selection of windproof torch lighters at every price point and carry a huge selection of the best butane refill cannisters. The prices are VERY reasonable, the quality of the merchandise is never less than expected. His other employees are courteous, attentive and we'll trained. I'd like to see a female working there which is why only 4 of 5 rating. Women bring a perspective to the environment which is friendly to you guessed it.. Female customers. Lol. Great shop, check em out
