Took my ford diesel truck here, after going to 3 other places that kept charging me and not fixing the problem. Taylor and tim were beyond nice and looked at it tried a few things, they said we are not charging for all the time we are spending just fixing to fix the problem, and that i wont be charged unit they found out the problem. Bottom line is never going anywhere else. I spent over $6500.00 between the other 3 shops in 2 months and came here and walked out with a bill off $657.98 and they spent over 4 days working on my truck trying to figure out what the other shops did. Found out i didn't need anything they sold me. Tim and taylor go above and beyond not just for me but for every customer! I Wont go anywhere else. Thank you so much integrity :)

This place is an absolute joke. I went there, got some body work and windshield repairs done. The windshield wasn't done properly, with air coming in and whatnot, so I had to go back and have them do it over. The main concern though was that they cracked part of my dash while putting it in. I kid you not, 3+ months later, and 20+ phone calls later, it is still not fixed.

Good luck getting a hold of Tim if you deal with him (he's nice but nice doesn't get my car fixed), and good luck with the many excuses. Oh and if you expect a call back from him, are you kidding me? In the 3 months, not ONCE did he ever call. And yet soooo many times he would tell me that he'd have the dash piece in in a few days etc., so I'd give him more than a few days, and call, and call, and call and oh finally there he is but oh an excuse.

And if you want to discount my story as a one time thing, even the people who recommended this place to me told me they're very slow and don't call you when I told them my horror story. It's one of those places where it will take double the time, and it will probably go right (like all places), but when it goes wrong, wow look out.

Many people tell me he's doing this on purpose so I eventually give up. He's a nice guy like I said, but I don't know what to do at this point. I don't even want my dash fixed anymore, just give me like $100 for all the BS. (Dash is $350 new, but he won't pay that he said, he wants to find one in a junkyard.)

LOVE THIS PLACE, if your cars broke and don't know where to go, go here. wont go anywhere else. They go above and beyond

Tim and his mechanics have been fixing my vehicles for a very long time. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else, but what do I know I am only a professor of mathematics, physics, and engineerng who has relied on Tim to get me school on time for nearly twenty years.

Beyond great service! Drove me home when i had no ride and picked me up after my car was all done. Thanks again

Friendly people, have brought my cars here for years, but work has gone down hill. They "fixed" an issue on my car and after multiple returns, 15 months of problems and over $1700 in repairs the car is not driveable and they want more money to fix what was suppose to be fixed over a year ago.
This is not my first time having to go back to have something refixed, but has always been minor and not left me looking for a new car

Excellent service. Always very honest and forthcoming. We have been using Integrity Motors for our company vehicles for more than 10 years and have always had great service. Having them pick up and drop off the vehicles needing repairs has always been a plus.
