Today is my mom's birthday it is her first birthday since her mom died in Sept and her mother in law in Nov I thought it would be a nice surprise for her to receive flowers while she was on her lunch break to brighten up her day I chose the arangement with the flower shaped like a puppy I knew she would love them ... when I call 1800 flowers I asked the guy if it would be possible for these to be delivered between 12 and 1 pm since that's when she's home for lunch otherwise no one will be home he told me that it wouldn't be a problem so I was very excited I placed the order and waited to hear from.her that she got them but they never came so I called 1800 flowers back to let them know that no one wI'll be home until 230 so if they could please wait to deliwver them and the women called the florist to find out she didn't really give me a definite answer so I asked for the florist number so I could speak with them directly when the women answered the phone I explained the situation and she was very rude she was yelling at me that the guy who told me they would be delivered between 12 and 1 was part of corporate which is in the Philippines and that he had no Idea what he was talking about instead of just giving me a simple yes or no as to weather they could be delivred after 230 I got nasty attitude and yelled at she then finally told me they could but that she was really bending over backwords to do that which i thought was extremely rude and unnecessary there were a lot of other rude things she also said but I believe I got my point across ... don't not use them they are awful unless you enjoy spending alot of money so they can treat you like there doing you a favor and you owe them
