I don't think so... Who are you to treat a customer such a bad way??? I use 34 T Mobile lines and one of my phone had a rejected sim card. What I do, (it happens regularly with blackberry) I go to Water Tower Place and get a replacement card for free. Since it is not my fault I don't have to pay for it. The guy behind the counter asked $20 from me and I explained the situation and he said we are charging and he looked at his phone and walked away. A minute later he came back and I thought he called T Mobile and I told him what happened. He did not even call them. He was apparently talking to his friend, I was very frustrated with the way he was talking to me and treating me. I would suggest to stay away from that place. Maybe when they go out of business they will learn their lesson.
